Sonoma Hills Remodel

This beautiful, secluded hillside property, originally built in the ‘70s, had been through several stages of owner-remodeling over the years. Originally built in the ‘70s, the house had been through several stages of owner-remodeling over the years. When we opened up the walls, we found materials with brands familiar to the do-it-yourselfer. Over several years, in several stages, we teamed with the client to redo many aspects of this property, including converting an old garage to guest bedroom. We redid the back yard patio and pool area, then moved into the main house to update the kitchen and dining areas. Our work also included creating several beautifully appointed baths, with hard-surfaced walls and high-end counters, all lit by natural light.
