Healdsburg Ranch Expansion

This lovely ranch house set in the native oak trees in Dry Creek Valley, had been through previous remodels.  Our job was to continue the process of upgrading the property in beauty and functionality.  A previous owner had converted a barn and connected it to the main house making it into living space.  We removed all of the drywall finishes throughout the home and conversion to upgrade all of the plumbing and electrical as well as the heating and ventilating.  We built an addition to expand the kitchen to suit the style of the dwelling and harmonize the setting by letting in the natural light and outdoor beauty.  We topped it off by redesigning the entry stair casing with solid wood flooring to match throughout.
